Staff Accountant (Part-Time, 24–30 hrs/wk)
Location: Metro Boston (Hybrid option after 90 days)
Salary Range: $24-$27 an hour

What You’ll Do
Process accounts payable, including invoices, utilities, and credit card statements
Reconcile cash accounts monthly (7 accounts total)
Track and collect past-due rent payments
Support overall bookkeeping and financial operations
For all utility invoices, review each invoice and code for payment
Gain an understanding of the Hildebrand chart of accounts, programs and properties
Process and pay vendor invoices (AP) in Bill.com
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree (Accounting preferred)
1–3 years of accounting experience
Strong Excel/Word skills; Sage experience a plus
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
