Location: Darya Ganj , Delhi

Job Summary:

As an Accountant Trainee, you'll collaborate closely with seasoned team members, gaining practical experience in diverse accounting and financial tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Bookkeeping:
• Maintain accurate and current financial records.
• Record daily financial transactions and complete the posting process.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable:
• Process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Bank Reconciliation:
• Reconcile monthly bank statements.
• Identify and promptly resolve discrepancies.
• General Ledger Maintenance:
• Assist in the preparation and upkeep of general ledger accounts.
• Ensure proper coding of transactions.
• Financial Reporting:
• Assist in the preparation of various financial reports.
• Generate and analyze financial data for management reporting.
• Compliance and Documentation:
• Ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures.
• Maintain well-organized and accurate financial records and documentation.
• Assist in Audits:
• Support external and internal audit processes.
• Prepare audit schedules and furnish necessary documentation.
• Collaboration:
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments.
• Provide assistance to senior accountants and management as required.
Qualifications & Other Requirements:
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interactions.
• Professional Appearance: Maintain a polished and professional demeanor in client-facing situations.
• Basic Accounting Knowledge: Fundamental understanding of accounting principles.
• Salary: Up to 3 LPA (Dependent upon skills)
• Qualification: B.Com/B.Com (Hons.)/BBA - Freshers are encouraged to apply
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Proficient in: Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
