Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in managing financial transactions and must be proficient in using Tally, MS Office, and Zoho.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage financial records using Tally and Zoho accounting software
Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
Process invoices and payments, manage accounts receivable and payable
Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded
Prepare monthly and annual financial statements for management review
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies
Assist with budget preparation and forecasting
Conduct regular audits of financial procedures and suggest improvements
Manage payroll and employee expenses
Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and other external parties
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting or finance
Experience using Tally, MS Office, and Zoho accounting software
Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
