Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant - QuickBooks Online Specialist & Data Analyst at Transway Group in Moga, Punjab, India. The role involves handling financial data analysis, specializing in QuickBooks Online, and managing accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain financial data using QuickBooks Online Version.
• Analyze and interpret financial data to generate MIS reports for business decision-making.
• Perform advanced data analysis and create dashboards in MS-Excel for financial and operational insights.
• Ensure the accuracy of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis reports.
• Handle HST filing and other compliance-related tasks.
• Optimize financial workflows and ensure adherence to proper bookkeeping practices.
Skills:
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Expertise in Quickbooks Online version.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (B.Com preferred).
Experience:
• 2+ years of experience with QuickBooks Online (mandatory).
• Proven expertise in data analysis and MIS reporting.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and formulas.
