ACCOUNTANT (International Process)
Profile Briefing: Hiring talented candidate for International Accountant position to undertake all accountant responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for raise & issue sales invoices to Clients promptly & accurately.
Precise Information:
Title: Accountant (International Process)
No. of Vacancies: 1
Location: Ahmedabad
Salary & Compensation: Up-to 60 K
Shift: UK Monday to Friday 12:30 PM to 0+:30 PM
Working days: 5
Desired Experience Range: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Essential Responsibilities:
Control & Maintenance of Debtors
Raise & issue Sales Invoices to Clients promptly & accurately.
Receive Payments and allocate on Sales Ledger
Control & maintenance of Creditors Ledgers
Post invoices Promptly & accurately
Prepare Month end payment runs.
Verify Suppliers Statements
Deal with supplier Queries re: payment as they arise.
Post Bank Transactions & Reconcile Bank Accounts on a weekly basis.
Process Payroll
Post Recurring General Ledger Transactions
Desired Skills:
Must have International Accounting Experience.
Strong understanding of Accounting Fundamentals in particular Double-Entry.
Experience with an established Accountancy software e.g., Xero, Sage, QuickBooks etc.
Ability to work in a multi-company environment and liase with other team members within the group structure.
Ability to work in a time-efficient manner.
Ability to work on own initiative.
Proficient with Microsoft Office in particular Microsoft Excel
Wide ranging experience in practice and/or industry would be advantageous.
