Accountant – IT/ITES Exports (Zoho Books Specialist)

What We Are Looking For :
4–6 years of proven accounting experience in IT/ITES or software export companies.
Mandatory expertise in Zoho Books for:
Full-cycle bookkeeping (daily, monthly, yearly).
International client invoicing (USD/EUR) and reconciliation.
Vendor invoices, expenses, and reconciliations.
Journal entries (JVs), accruals, and adjustments.
Month-end and year-end closures.
Knowledge of TDS payments, GST filings, and Softex reporting for IT/ITES exports.
Experience coordinating with auditors for IT/software company audits and compliance checks.
Familiarity with tools or methods for vendor invoice tracking, payment reconciliation, and payroll processing.
Exposure to Quick Books (US entity) is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete bookkeeping in Zoho Books, including invoices, vendor bills, receipts, payments, expenses, JVs, and adjustments.
Create and manage international client export invoices in Zoho Books and handle bank reconciliations.
Record and track accruals, prepaids, and adjustments for accurate reporting.
Manage vendor invoices, expense tracking, and payroll processing in Zoho Books or related tools.
Handle TDS, GST filings, and Softex documentation for IT/ITES compliance.
Oversee month-end and year-end closures with audit-ready documentation.
Coordinate with auditors and senior accountants to ensure statutory compliance and smooth audit processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
Minimum 4 years of IT/ITES export accounting experience.
Mandatory hands-on expertise in Zoho Books (full-cycle bookkeeping + invoicing + reconciliation).
Strong exposure to audits, vendor invoice tracking, payroll processing, and compliance.
Detail-oriented, independent worker with excellent reporting and documentation skills.
