Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Accountant and HR Executive to join our team at Mograsys Technologies. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in accounting and HR functions, with a strong knowledge of accounting principles and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations
• Handle HR functions including payroll, employee records, and compliance
• Maintain accurate records in Zoho Books / Payroll / People and QuickBooks
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities
• Prepare financial reports and assist in audits
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts and HR tasks

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field
• 3-4 years of experience in accounting and HR functions
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and HR processes
• Proficiency in Zoho Books / Payroll / People and QuickBooks (preferred)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced
