Accountant Cum Cashier - Store

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant Cum Cashier to manage daily accounting operations and store billing for our luxury couture fashion brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP
Prepare GST invoices and ensure statutory compliance (GST/TDS)
Manage high-value billing transactions (cash/card/UPI/bank transfer)
Ensure accurate invoicing for couture orders and custom fittings
Maintain daily cash book and reconcile with system records
Handle client advance bookings and balance collections
Coordinate with sales team for order payments and delivery clearance
Deposit cash/cheques and maintain proper documentation
Ensure confidentiality in handling premium client financial data
Assist in monthly financial reports and audit support
Track advance payments from couture clients and milestone billing
Requirements:

B.Com or relevant qualification
Experience in luxury fashion / textile / store / boutique industry preferred
Strong knowledge of MS Excel
High accuracy, integrity & organizational skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
