Our client, a family office and investment firm in SF, is seeking an accounting manager for their small team. This role offers extensive WFH flexibility.
Responsibilities
• Assist CFO with monthly accounting closes and tax return preparations.
• Ensure accurate financial records through transaction entry and verification.
• Handle account reconciliation, Treasury reporting, and accounts payable.
• Prepare financial analyses and project summaries.
• Support financial tasks for company acquisitions and new asset onboarding.
• Process accounts payable for the investment firm and property management company.
• Submit voucher packages for capital escrow reimbursements.
Requirements
• 7+ years of financial services experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• Thorough knowledge of GAAP, Accounts Payable processes, and cloud-based systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks Online.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
