Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Accounts & Admin Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our accounting and administrative tasks.
Accounts Responsibilities:
- Record and maintain day-to-day business transactions, including sales, purchases, and payment receipts
- Keep bank accounts up-to-date by posting daily transactions
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable & receivable
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and other accounting terms
- Proficient in MS-Excel and MS-Word
Admin Responsibilities:
- Handle office supervision and administration
- Manage filing systems (physical and digital)
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and company events
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and other departments
- Answer and route incoming calls, emails, and other communications
- Manage exit formalities for staff
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting and administration
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in MS-Office and accounting software
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
