DUTTA ACADEMY OF MODERN EDUCATION offers coaching classes for Commerce Students of 11th & 12th Grade as well as BBA and B.COM courses affiliated with Pune University. The academy caters to various boards including HSC, CBSE and NIOS.
Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role located in Pune for an Accountancy cum Commerce Theory Subject Faculty for 11th & 12th Std. Students of HSC Board as well as BBA & B.COM Students of SPPU.. The faculty member will be responsible for preparing lesson plans, delivering lectures, creating and grading assignments and exams, and providing academic guidance to students. The role also involves staying updated with the latest curriculum changes and incorporating effective teaching methodologies.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge in Accountancy and Commerce Theory Subjects.
• Experience in preparing and delivering educational content
• Excellent teaching and communication skills
• Ability to assess and evaluate student performance
• Relevant experience in coaching or teaching, preferably at 11th & 12th Std. Students of HSC Board as well as BBA & B.COM Students of SPPU.
• Master's degree in Commerce or Accountancy or a related field
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse student groups
