Job Description
We are hiring now Freshers for Account & Tally Executive in Udaipur to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong foundation in accounting principles, proficiency in Tally and MS Excel, and willingness to learn.
This role involves handling daily accounting tasks, stock reconciliation, and assisting in financial reporting.
Location: Udaipur Rajasthan
Salary Range: 11,000 to 13,400/Month
Job Type: Full-Time
Education: Minimum B.Com Degree or Graduation in Relevant to Accounting Field
Experience: Udaipur Graduate Freshers can apply
Key Responsibilities of Account & Tally Executive in Udaipur
• Accounting work:
• Booking of purchase invoices and sales bills in the system.
• Daily stock reconciliation.
• Booking direct expenses related to trading activities.
• Posting entries in Tally, including inventories for purchase and sales.
• Ledger posting, Profit & Loss (P&L), and Balance Sheet (B/L) preparation.
• Statutory Compliance:
• Working on GST and TDS-related entries.
• Providing accurate data for filing statutory returns (TDS/PF/ESIC/PT).
• Assisting in periodic account closures (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, yearly).
• Banking Operations:
• Managing cheques, NEFT, RTGS, and foreign remittance transactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications to Apply Fresher Accountant jobs in Udaipur
• Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
• Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.
• Understanding of accounting principles.
