Account Manager Raghav IT

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Account Executive to join our CA firm. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, GST, TDS, Income Tax, bookkeeping, and financial reporting. The candidate will assist in maintaining client accounts, statutory compliance, and day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain books of accounts using Tally Prime.
Prepare and record journal entries, vouchers, and bank reconciliations.
Handle GST Return Filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Return).
Prepare and file TDS Returns.
Assist in Income Tax Return (ITR) preparation.
Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts.
Perform bank reconciliation and vendor/customer reconciliation.
Generate invoices and manage accounts receivable/payable.
Coordinate with clients for accounting documents and compliance.
Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
Support internal and statutory audits.
Ensure timely statutory compliance and report submission.

B.Com / M.Com
MBA (Finance) (Preferred)
CA Inter (Appearing) will be an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a CA Firm.
Knowledge of ROC Compliance (Preferred).
Familiarity with accounting software like Busy, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks is an advantage.
