About the Role:

We're looking for a friendly, driven, and experienced Account Manager to join our team. You’ll be the go-to contact for a portfolio of clients—building strong relationships, ensuring project success, and helping them get real results with our digital marketing services.

This role is all about relationship building, retention, and growing existing accounts by introducing clients to new services and strategies that align with their goals.

What You'll Do:

Act as the main point of contact for your assigned client accounts
Build long-term, trusting relationships with clients and understand their business needs
Drive retention and upsell opportunities by introducing new digital marketing services
Provide strategic guidance based on marketing trends, performance reports, and client goals
Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure seamless execution and top-tier service
Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and proactive outreach
Be a digital marketing guide—making things easy to understand for business owners who may not be tech-savvy
What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience in account management, client success, or digital marketing
Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, social media, websites, PPC, automation, etc.)
Experience with retail clients—especially in the brick-and-mortar or home improvement space—is a strong asset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you know how to build rapport and trust
Organized, results-focused, and proactive in identifying new opportunities
Comfortable managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced agency environment
