Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Sales:
• Lead Generation:
• Proactively identify and qualify potential corporate clients across various industries (e.g., IT, finance, healthcare, manufacturing).
• Utilize various lead generation techniques, including cold calling, networking, industry events, social media, and online research tools.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
• Client Acquisition:
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target key accounts and achieve sales targets.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify key decision-makers within target organizations (e.g., HR managers, L&D heads, CEOs).
• Craft compelling value propositions that highlight the benefits of Shoolini University's online programs for corporate clients (e.g., upskilling employees, enhancing employee retention, improving productivity).
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
2. Client Relationship Management:
• Build & Maintain Relationships:
• Develop and nurture long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on their training and development needs.
• Proactively address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct regular client meetings and follow-up calls to build rapport and maintain strong relationships.
3. Administrative & Operational:
• CRM Management:
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
• Utilize CRM data for analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
• Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with all relevant university policies, regulations, and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 5-8 years of proven experience in corporate sales, preferably in the education or training sector.
Skills:
• Sales & Business Development: Strong sales and negotiation skills, proven ability to identify and close deals, experience in lead generation and qualification, excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Client Relationship Management: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, strong relationship-building and customer service skills, ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the corporate training landscape, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Communication & Presentation: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to effectively present complex information to diverse audiences.
• Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales and marketing tools.
• Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, results-oriented, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
