ACCOUNT MANAGER- CONSULTANCY- DELHI- 3+YEARS
Location: Delhi
Looking for a Graduate/Post Graduate with 3+years of experience in managing Loyalty and Engagement Programs for own brand or client brand.
Your Future Employer: Is a US based multinational company providing engagement expertise to its renowned clients.
Responsibilities:
• Developing, planning and implementing B2B/B2C/B2E programs.
• Be the part of client relationship team to ensure that all project goals and objectives are met on time.
• Actively participating in strategic planning of quarterly/monthly activities.
• Planning/suggesting new promotions/campaigns and implementing them.
• Building healthy relationships with clients and setting up efficient processes with reporting.
• Market Research - Measuring the program against the defined metrics and pre-set objectives, taking feedback from participants via questionnaire/survey, understanding the client business, competition mapping, and sharing the insight with the client during the review.
• Using data competently i.e. understanding program metrics and providing recommendations from time to time.
Requirement:
• MBA/Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree from a reputed collegewith an overall 3+years of experience.
• Experience in managing Loyalty and Engagement Programs for own brand or client brand.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
