Accounts Manager (B.Com/M.Com with 5 - 7 years of Experience)
Responsibilities: 1. Should have in depth knowledge about Tally and MS office (Particularly MS Excel)
• Should have strong analytical and forecasting skill
• Should be able to maintain strong and long term relationship with stakeholders
• Should be able to maintain day to day transaction history and payments.
• Able to negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Daily, monthly and quarterly business reports. (Forecast and track key account metrics) 7. Should be able to handle in and out of cash flow.
• Should be able to understand and prepare quarterly and monthly budgets based on the data and BOQs
• Should have proper in depth knowledge of Inventory Management.
• Should be able to maintain monthly reconciliation statements of stakeholders.
Requirements & Skills: 1. Proven work experience as Accounts Manager or Assistant Accounts Manager.
• Competent and experienced to handle a team effectively.
• Strong verbal and oral communication skills.
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple account management projects at a time. 6. People from a Hotel and Construction background will be preferred.
