Job Description – Account Executive
Location: Jaipur
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Account Executive for our Jaipur location. The candidate must have hands-on experience working in a manufacturing unit and should be capable of independently handling complete accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing day-to-day accounting operations
* Handling GST filing, reconciliation & compliance
* TDS deduction, filing & statutory compliances
* Maintaining purchase, sales & expense records
* Vendor & customer account reconciliation
* Bank reconciliation and cash flow management
* Invoice preparation and payment follow-ups
* Assisting in finalization of accounts
* Preparing MIS reports and maintaining records in Tally/ERP
* Product costing knowledge related to manufacturing/factory operations
* Coordination with auditors, CA & management
* Ensuring proper documentation and statutory compliance
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* B.Com / M.Com / CA Dropout preferred
* 4–5 years of experience in a manufacturing unit
* Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation & accounting processes
* Good understanding of product costing and inventory accounting
* Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel & accounting software
* Good communication and analytical skills
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
