Account Executive Female

We are looking out for a resource who can handle complete day to day Accounting for our companies.

Candidate should be a B.Com / M.Com having at least 2-3 years of experience.

Gender : Female,

Language : Fluent in English

She should be experienced in handling and managing the following profile :

Banking including day to day banking as well as handling all documentation and coordination for Inward and Outward remittances

Basic Accounting and recording the transactions in Tally, Invoicing

Reconciliations of Travel Expenses, grouping and payments to Directors and Staff

Coordinating with CA for timely GST, TDS and other monthly and annual compliances.

Payroll

Daily Cashflows & Banking

Coordination and support to Directors and staff. as and when required.

Project Site compliance documents for manpower - (in client formats - updating formats and printing)

Payments

Any other activity as and when required to support the business.

Support on Procurement activities - preparation of POs, coordination with vendors, final despatch documentation and Eway bill generation on GST Portal

Petty Cash Handling and accounting.

Salary - CTC 3L p.a

Candidate living in and around Navi Mumbai will be preferred considering the daily travel time to and from .

Base Location : At our Belapur Office.
