Job Description
We are looking for a competent Billing Executive in Margao to undertake a variety of invoices tasks in account department. Ideal candidates who is looking to learn new skills and like to do accounting work, management of bills and invoices can join our team.
Post: Billing cum Account Executive
Location : Margao, Goa
Department : Finance / Accounts / Tax
Education : 12th Pass and above
Time : 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Salary Range: starting 15000/month
Job Summary
A Billing Executive is responsible for accurately generating and processing invoices, reconciling billing Goaments, and managing multiple accounts. Candidate for this role should have strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and experience with accounting and billing software. Responsibility of Account Executive job in Margao
• Assume the responsibility of receiving and sorting invoices from the different parties/ vendors.
• Verifying invoices based on Challans & Quotations received from Margao venders/parties
• Identify errors within Invoices
• Manage the status of accounts, balances and identify inconsistencies Issue and post bills, receipts and invoices.
• Cross check Invoice details with respect to quantity of materials, rates of materials, discounting
• Billing total calculation & GST calculation.
• Call to party or venders if any errors found in bills,
• Save records
Qualification for Billing Executive vacancy in Margao
• Candidate should be 12th pass/graduates/post graduates/diploma (10+3) can apply accounting jobs in Margao
• Should have computer knowledge
• Have basic knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software like tally etc.
• Previously worked in environment like - GST executive, Accountant, MIS, Office Administration etc can submit resume
• Aware of the general entries of accounting, GST slabs, etc
• Should be team-player, positive attitude and punctual at work
