Academic Operations Executive

Collaborating with Senior Management for strategy formulation
Overlook ensure quality delivery of all academic programs in the retail domain
Monitor day-to-day functioning of batches/classes Pan-India
Develop foster effective collaboration with Mentors
Liaison with the batch stakeholders guide the team for student handling coordination
Identify areas where operations could be improved or enhanced through technology, organizational, and/or process change
Working on the digitalization of the operation through the MyCoach platform and the mobile application.
MUST HAVE’S:

1-2 years of experience in Education / Ed-tech operations.
Highly developed communication organizational skills along with superior interpersonal skills
Strong management leadership skills well-versed with nuances of leading a team
Well-versed with Microsoft office software like Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Office.

Salary: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
