We invite final year students of the IT stream for live project training, with the possibility of recruitment as an employee after completion of the training period. Our institute in Ahmedabad focuses on .Net, PHP, Java, Web Design, Video Editing, Animation, and 3Ds Max.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Operation Manager at Red & White Multimedia Education in Ahmedabad. The Academic Operation Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the institute, including coordinating live project training for IT stream students, supervising the implementation of software and web development projects, and ensuring timely completion of international live projects. They will also work closely with the experienced team members to facilitate project completion and support the students. It plays a crucial role in supervising daily activities in academic, finance, admin, and branch operations. Their responsibilities encompass ensuring efficiency, compliance, and strategic coordination, directly influencing overall organizational success by optimizing resources, upholding standards, and tackling diverse challenges across various departments. The ideal candidate should possess strong multitasking and communication skills to effectively coordinate and accomplish tasks from different departments within specified timelines, enhancing both customer and team experiences.
Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in business administration, management, or a related field. A masters degree and Teaching Experience will be surplus to gauage the requisite.
• Must have more than 3 years of relevant experience in operations management/execution, preferably in a multi-location or zonal capacity.
• Require a deep understanding of IT education firms and a strong passion for enhancing the Indian education system.
• Experience in coordinating and managing training programs
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Experience in software development or web development is a plus
