Role Description
We are seeking a qualified Academic Manager to oversee educational initiatives and drive the academic excellence of our programs. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune. The Academic Manager will be responsible for designing and developing curriculums, managing educational programs, ensuring program quality, analyzing academic performance metrics, and supporting the professional growth of educators. Collaboration and communication will be key aspects of this role to provide value-driven learning experiences for students.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Educational Management and curriculum planning to drive structured and effective learning programs.
• Strong skills in Curriculum Development and Education to create impactful and innovative learning experiences.
• Excellent Communication and collaboration abilities to effectively lead teams and interact with students, educators, and stakeholders.
• Robust Analytical Skills to monitor, evaluate, and optimize program performance and learner outcomes.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the EdTech or academic field.
• Postgraduate degree in Education, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, and a passion for driving quality education.
