Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development and Implementation:
• Develop, review, and update curriculum frameworks, standards, and guidelines aligned with national and international best practices.
• Ensure the curriculum is engaging, relevant, and meets the diverse needs of our students.
• Oversee the development of comprehensive lesson plans, assessments, and instructional materials.
• Monitor the implementation of the curriculum across all schools in the chain.

Academic Leadership:
• Provide strategic leadership and direction for academic initiatives.
• Collaborate with school principals and teachers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Promote innovative teaching methods and learning strategies.
• Analyze student performance data to identify trends and inform instructional decisions.

Teacher Development:
• Lead professional development programs for teachers to enhance their pedagogical skills and knowledge.
• Mentor and coach teachers to improve their instructional practices.
• Create a supportive and collaborative learning environment for teachers.

Stakeholder Engagement:
• Build strong relationships with parents, students, and community members.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders about curriculum initiatives and student progress.
• Collaborate with external experts and organizations to stay updated on educational trends.
