Job Description
Key Responsibilities B.Tech Academic Faculty
• Design, plan, and deliver engaging lectures and lab sessions in core and elective courses aligned with the B.Tech curriculum in Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields.
• Develop curriculum and academic materials, including course outlines, lab manuals, assignments, and evaluation rubrics in accordance with accreditation standards (e.g., AICTE, NBA).
• Mentor and guide undergraduate students in academic performance, final year projects, internships, and career development.
• Participate in academic and administrative committees such as Board of Studies, Examination Cell.
• Maintain academic records and conduct continuous internal assessments through tests, quizzes, and assignments as per institutional policy.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in education and industry, and integrate modern pedagogical techniques like flipped classrooms, MOOCs, or outcome-based learning.
