Job Description
Bleep Education is seeking a dedicated Academic Counsellor to guide students in making informed career decisions and choosing the right learning path.
Key Responsibilities:
• Connect with prospective students and understand their academic background and career goals
• Provide accurate and personalized guidance on programs and career paths
• Address student queries and concerns with clarity and professionalism
• Maintain regular follow-ups and support students throughout the enrollment process
• Keep track of interactions and ensure proper lead management
Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build trust and provide genuine guidance
• Organized, proactive, and consistent with follow-ups
• Prior experience in counselling, sales, or EdTech is an advantage
