Role OverviewThe Academic Coordinator will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the academic standards of the institution. The selected candidate will be responsible for curriculum planning, mentoring teachers, monitoring classroom practices, and ensuring the effective implementation of academic policies and programs.
Key Responsibilities• Academic planning and curriculum coordination
• Mentoring and supporting teachers for improved classroom practices
• Classroom observation and academic supervision
• Monitoring student performance and learning outcomes
• Curriculum implementation and assessment planning
• Parent communication and academic reporting
• Organizing academic reviews, training sessions, and enrichment activities
