Position 1: Academic CoordinatorsSalary ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month Openings For Nursery to Grade 3 Grade 4 to Grade 8 Role Overview The Academic Coordinator will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the academic standards of the institution. The selected candidate will be responsible for curriculum planning, mentoring teachers, monitoring classroom practices, and ensuring the effective implementation of academic policies and programs. Key Responsibilities • Academic planning and curriculum coordination • Mentoring and supporting teachers for improved classroom practices • Classroom observation and academic supervision • Monitoring student performance and learning outcomes • Curriculum implementation and assessment planning • Parent communication and academic reporting • Organizing academic reviews, training sessions, and enrichment activities • Ensuring quality standards in teaching-learning processes • Promoting innovative and student-centered pedagogical practices Position 2: PRT & TGT Teachers (All Subjects)Salary ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 per month Role Overview We are seeking passionate and dedicated teachers who can create engaging learning experiences, maintain high academic standards, and contribute positively to the overall development of students.
