Job Description
Role Overview:
The Academic Associate will be responsible for executing the day-to-day academic operations at the coaching centre. This includes handling student onboarding, ensuring smooth in-session and test experiences, maintaining communication with students and parents, and executing inventory-related tasks. The role is key in providing an efficient learning environment and ensuring high-quality standards for academic sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Student Onboarding (50%)
Enrollment & Verification (20%): Ensure zero refund cases due to verification failures. Verify and process student enrollments accurately.
Inventory Distribution (10%): Oversee the distribution of academic materials and ensure the timely availability of resources.
KYC (10%): Ensure that all student data, including KYC details, is properly collected and recorded, with zero gaps between enrollment and verification.
2. Student Experience (40%)
In-Session Experience (10%): Ensure that all sessions are conducted as per schedule, with a focus on classroom readiness and addressing any timely issues.
Test Experience (10%): Maintain a high quality of test execution, ensuring that exams are conducted smoothly, and invigilation/classroom planning are up to the mark.
Helpdesk Support (10%): Provide timely assistance to students with any academic or
operational queries, maintaining a good quality control score.
Parent Communication (15%): Keep parents informed of their child's academic progress and attendance, including absence-related communications.
Student Communication (15%): Ensure timely and clear communication with students regarding sessions, tests, and any other requirements.
3. Communication (10%)
Timely Communication: Ensure that all communication with students and stakeholders regarding sessions, tests, tickets, and other requirements is timely and clear.
Key Expectations:
Ensure zero refund due to verification failures.
Achieve 95% student deliverables and Face ID registration accuracy for the month.
Maintain zero gaps between enrollment and KYC processes.
Achieve 100% in-session execution in terms of planned versus conducted sessions.
Conduct tests and invigilations with 100% accuracy and on-time result generation.
Maintain excellent communication standards with both students and their respective
stakeholders, including parents and teachers.
Be proactive in addressing and reporting any classroom or session-related issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Previous experience in academic operations, preferably in a coaching centre or educational environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of academics, & google Sheets
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
