Responsible for the execution of the CAO and HHO ordering systems within their Region. The effective use of these systems will drive the performance of store level in-stock position and working capital for the region. This individual will partner with the District Directors and Regional Vice President in developing and documenting the strategy and implementation plans for improving Sales, Inventory levels and Shrink. The Regional Manager has responsibility to visit stores and identify opportunities within the CAO, HHO, ensure the stores are adhering to the business practices, develop remediation plans with Store Managers and communicate results to District Directors and Regional Vice Presidents.

What we ask of you:

Performance Metrics: Responsible for the attainment of key performance metrics for CAO and HHO ordering systems. Review performance results with the RVPs and District Director
Responsible for the attainment of key performance metrics for CAO and HHO - backroom inventory, on-shelf availability, order overrides, order times and CAO Alerting compliance. The RMs are responsible for assessing each store in the attainment of performance measurement. Review the performance results and store visits with the RVPs and District Director. During their store visits, responsible to meet with the Store Manager and review the opportunities and areas of non-compliance while developing an action plan and coordinating further visits to ensure compliance.

Store Replenishment: Responsible for continuous improvement and overall store replenishment, in every department. Function as the subject matter expert for the CAO and HHO ordering systems.
Responsible for continuous improvement and overall execution of store replenishment in all departments. Function as the subject matter expert for the CAO and HHO ordering systems, and is the primary point of contact for any store questions or issues. Provide the necessary level of leadership and support through coaching and mentoring to ensure store replenishment resources are successful. Each RM attends their weekly Regional calls identifying and prioritizing opportunities to drive Sales and manage Inventory levels through the ordering systems.
The Regional Managers also have responsibility for the store replenishment in the Home Delivery warerooms. Central Fulfillment Orders for the Warerooms, CAO and HHO order for the main store. The RM will be responsible for understanding the demand for the Flo and Reg items to make sure the stores have inventory for the Home Delivery. RM will also be responsible for the inventory levels for On-Line Pick-up and how HHO and CAO interact with the OLP systems.

Regional Demand Changes Store Level Inventory: Communicate with Divisional Supply Chain Lead on regional demand changes and overall forecast accuracy improvement. Responsible to work with the Division for store inventory levels
Interface with the Divisional Supply Chain Leads on regional demand changes (seasonal, event, weather, etc) and overall forecast accuracy improvement objectives. Identifies with the stores further replenishment parameter and forecast adjustments to enable order generation to be tightly integrated to consumer demand. This position will then provide store specific parameter adjustment recommendations to the Divisional Supply Chain.

Product Ordering: Minimize Shrink by adjusting replenishment orders as necessary Order replenishment items while working to minimize Shrink expenses and coordinate use of store resources to assist with Shrink training initiatives
Oversight of ordering product for all new stores, remodels and resets within the region. Responsible for all store replenishment order parameter and safety stock settings/issues during new store opening/remodel/resets. Coordinate the use of store resources within the District to assist with training and implementation. Develop the plan for the timing of orders and deliveries with the Store Management team.
Partner with the DCT, Asset Protection, and support teams in reviewing store Shrink results. If necessary, reduce the store order parameters to minimize Shrink expense.

Project Collaboration: Partner with Support Office and other resources on key initiatives and various projects to ensure proper training occurs at all levels
Partner with the Division Supply Chain Manager and the Store Replenishment Leads on key initiatives and projects throughout the year. This includes programs to drive Sales, reduce on-hand Inventory, lower store labor and reduce Shrink. The RM also has the responsibility to rollout enhancements for CAO and HHO in the Region. Coordinates training classes within the Regions and partners with Support Office to ensure proper training occurs at all levels.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
8-10 years of related experience
Store Manager experience
Strong operational background
Technical experience/SME for CAO, HHO, DSD, and Store Operating systems
