What You’ll Be Doing
• Leading your own caseload of divorce and financial remedy cases from initial advice through to contested hearings and settlements
• Representing clients at Court, advocating with skill and compassion
• Mentoring and developing junior solicitors and paralegals, sharing your expertise to strengthen our team
• Building long-term client relationships through clear, practical advice and excellent communication
• Contributing to Farleys’ leadership team by delivering in-house training and staying ahead of legal developments

Who you are:
• Senior Associate/Partner with 8+ years’ PQE in family law, handling contested cases independently
• Commercially aware, balancing high-quality advice with cost-effective solutions
• An empathetic communicator who inspires confidence in clients and colleagues alike
• A natural leader and mentor, passionate about developing a supportive, collaborative culture
• Ideally a Family Panel member
