As a Great Southern Bank graduate, you'll embark on an 18-month rotational program designed to provide you with exposure and valuable insights into our customer-centric business. Our program offers flexibility aligned to your strengths, allowing you to develop your primary area of interest while working on interesting projects. To be eligible for our program, you must have completed or be working towards completing an undergraduate degree in the past two years (2024 or 2025). We welcome applicants from all disciplines, with a special interest in Technology, Computer Science, Data, Finance, and Risk. You should also hold Australian or New Zealand citizenship or Australian permanent residency. We encourage and support First Nations candidates to apply. Our graduate roles are based in our Brisbane (Meeanjin) CBD Head Office, and we offer balanced working arrangements to accommodate your needs.
