UK Regulated Remote Legal Advisor

As a remote solicitor, you will be part of our expanding team that provides strategic legal advice to clients across the UK and globally.

This role is ideal for qualified solicitors regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) seeking a full-time opportunity with flexibility and autonomy.

The successful candidate will deliver compliant and timely legal advice on personal guarantees, bridging loans, shareholder agreements, settlement agreements, and other high-volume matters via video meetings.

You will operate within our legal infrastructure, supported by regulatory and client care obligations met by our central team.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver independent legal advice (ILA) to 40-50 clients per month via video meetings
Prepare compliant ILA certificates in line with each lender's requirements
Verify ID and conduct KYC checks in accordance with SRA and AML obligations
Manage a high volume of routine advisory matters with efficiency and care
Requirements

Qualified solicitor regulated by the SRA (England Wales)
Strong attention to detail and client management skills
High level of organisational skills
Prior experience delivering ILA or transactional advice (desirable)
Proficient written and spoken English skills
Ability to work independently and manage client expectations remotely
