We are seeking a driven, outgoing and seasoned Medical Reviewer to join our dynamic team, taking on a crucial role in ensuring compliance and medical accuracy across our promotional materials. As a key member of our compliance department, you will serve as the final medical signatory for product lines while providing expert guidance on regulatory requirements and industry codes of practice. Let’s talk about some of the key responsibilities of the role:
Ensure Compliance Excellence: Review, approve, and certify the compliance of all marketing materials for prescription medicines and medical devices, ensuring full adherence to local regulations and Codes of Practice.
Cultivate Expertise: Continuously enhance your expertise in local codes and Medical Devices Code(s) of Practice by engaging in regular internal and external training sessions.
Be a Trusted Advisor: Develop in-depth knowledge of Aesthetic Medicine and Evolus products to provide the cross-functional team with actionable, timely, and up-to-date guidance. Help shape the creation of innovative, compliant, and competitive materials, activities, and services.
Lead Regulatory Guidance: Offer proactive and reactive expert advice on regulatory requirements, industry Codes of Practice, and internal policies, ensuring all teams stay informed and compliant.
Empower the Team: Collaborate with the Compliance Department to deliver regular internal training on the Medicines Australia and Medical Devices Code(s) of Practice, empowering the team with the knowledge to navigate complex regulatory landscapes.
Manage Stakeholder Communication: Take the lead in preparing thorough and timely responses to complaints from both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear, compliant communication.
Drive Risk Management: Maintain and monitor a comprehensive Risk Register. Lead internal audits and CAPA (Corrective Preventative Actions) alongside the Compliance team and other key stakeholders to mitigate risks.
Uphold Operational Standards: Ensure consistent adherence to company SOPs, maintaining meticulous records of training and administrative documentation to support a culture of compliance.
Skills and Qualifications Required for this Dynamic Team Member:
At least 5 years of Final Signatory experience: Demonstrated expertise in compliance and final sign-off processes within a regulated environment.
Certification in Medicines Australia Code of Conduct: Completion of the Code of Conduct component of an endorsed Medicines Australia education program.
Aesthetic Medicine Experience (Preferred, Not Required): Familiarity with Aesthetic Medicine is a plus, though not essential—what matters most is your passion for learning and growth in this area.
Collaborative Influential: Strong ability to influence, collaborate, and problem-solve across teams. Your communication skills will help build strong relationships and drive successful outcomes.
Sound Judgement in Ambiguity: Comfortable navigating ambiguity, using sound judgment to make decisions that align with both regulatory requirements and company values.
Results-Oriented Independent: A self-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated to achieve both team and individual goals.
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.), with the ability to create impactful presentations and manage data effectively.

Remote role covering Australia, offering flexibility and autonomy.
