· Design visually appealing and creative digital assets, including but not limited to banners, social media graphics, and website elements, while adhering to brand guidelines.
· Should be passionate about designing static visuals + video making and editing
· Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute designs that effectively communicate our brand's message and resonate with our target audience.
· Create and optimize graphics for various digital platforms and screen sizes, ensuring a seamless user experience across devices.
· Create in-park sales collaterals to equip our centre teams with flyers, brochures and standees.
· Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and software tools, and apply them to your work to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our visual communications.
· Knowledge about AI and how to use tools to speed up process
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
· Strong portfolio showcasing your creative and technical skills in digital design, including experience with various design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
· Proficiency in creating visually compelling designs for digital platforms, including knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
· Familiarity with responsive design principles and the ability to adapt designs for different screen sizes and resolutions.
· Knowledge of current design trends, user experience (UX) principles, and best practices in digital marketing.
· Work ex- 3 to 5 years in top advertising agencies/emerging startup consumer brands
