Job Title: Housekeeping Executive

Department: Housekeeping

Reports To: Executive Housekeeper / Housekeeping Manager

Job Summary:

The Housekeeping Executive oversees the daily operations of the hotel's housekeeping department, ensuring all guest rooms, public areas, and service spaces meet the hotel’s quality and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and order.
Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms and public areas.
Coordinate room readiness with the front office and maintenance teams.
Monitor inventory of linen, cleaning supplies, and equipment.
Handle guest feedback and resolve housekeeping-related issues.
Train and evaluate staff performance to uphold service standards.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and health safety regulations.
Qualifications Skills:

Minimum 0 to 1years of experience in hotel housekeeping, including supervisory experience.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
