Job description We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our Hotel team and oversee the daily operations of our hotel located in ALigarh . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hotel management, a passion for guest satisfaction, and the ability to drive the hotel’s success in a competitive market. Must have been a GM for at least 3 years preferably with a Chain Hotel. Duties and Responsibilities: • Overseeing Operations: Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all hotel departments. • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. • Guest Satisfaction: Maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction, addressing any issues or complaints promptly. • Budget Management: Develop and manage the hotel's budget, controlling expenses, and maximizing profitability. • Marketing and Sales: Implement marketing strategies to attract guests, increase occupancy rates, and boost revenue. • Compliance: Ensure the hotel complies with all health, safety, and legal regulations. • Reporting: Provide regular reports to the hotel's owners or board on financial performance, operational efficiency, and staff performance.
