PM Legal Services

• Experience with Relativity/iConect/any other industry standard platform etc.
• Manage 4 simultaneous projects across 3 to 4 clients depending on the client and project size
• Prepare SOW: Understand all client requirements, typical project specs, reporting and is closely aligned with the Client Project/Review Managers
• Create project budgets in conjunction with client and seek their approval; strict adherence to the budget
• Create internal project workflows including technical workflows (searches, layouts, QC, analytics etc.)
• Coordinate internal training plans for projects from dedicated clients
• Responsible for overall quality and productivity on their respective client projects
• Provides oversights for project and technical workflows and challenges; collaborating on with internal teams to resolve issues and continue smooth working

Requirements:
• Must be an attorney
• Experience: Minimum of 4+ years as a PM in legal industry across eDiscovery services
• CIR/MDR experience
• Dealing with challenging team members and the outcome
• Be a mentor to APMs and TLs
• Communication: Written and verbal – excellent English skills
• Relativity and other major platforms
