Full job description
Are you looking for a fulfilling leadership role with opportunities for growth and development? We’re searching for an experienced housekeeping manager to ensure our hotel is impeccably clean for our guests. You will lead our housekeeping team, ensure their work meets our high standards of cleanliness, and go above and beyond guest expectations to achieve that “wow” factor for repeat business. You must have previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality industry. $17 - $17.50 hourly

Responsibilities:
Order cleaning supplies as needed, control inventory and manage the department budget
Manage the daily tasks of the housekeeping department, including cleaning guest rooms and public areas
Track of areas cleaned by room attendants and contact the front office to handle room damage or maintenance needs
Lead, hire, and train hotel housekeeping staff to adhere to our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction
Arrange for cleaning equipment repairs as needed and keep all other equipment in good working condition
Weekday hours - + am - 5:30 pm
Weekend hours - 10 am - 6:30 pm
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in a senior role in the housekeeping department
Well-versed in environmental services (EVS) including sanitation protocol and procedures, and how to use cleaning supplies and equipment
2+ years of hospitality or guest services experience
The ideal applicant is an experienced leader who demonstrates great attention to detail and customer service skills
A High school diploma or GED is required
Fluency in Spanish is required to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking team members. English is a plus, but not required
At least one year of full-service hotel, housekeeping experience
