Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Sales Executive (Telesales) to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to handle enquiries, generate new leads, follow up on CONNECTit APP leads. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales aptitude, and a passion for helping businesses succeed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales aptitude with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
Highly organized with strong time management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming enquiries and provide detailed information about CONNECTit APP features and benefits.
follow-up on leads generated through various marketing channels.
Conduct thorough follow-ups on potential leads to convert them into customers.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer queries and concerns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Document all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and suggestions.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Generate new leads through outbound telesales activities and
