Position Overview
As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Joiner to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a busy and supportive environment with a strong focus on quality craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

Read and interpret detailed drawings and plans
Select appropriate timber and materials for each project
Operate various equipment and tools, including CNC, edgebander, and panel saw
Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and materials to exact specifications
Ensure high-quality finishes on all joinery work
Assist with inventory control and delivery coordination
Liaise between the design and production teams to ensure seamless workflow
Requirements

Minimum one year of experience in a similar role
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the kitchen construction industry (preferred)
Certificate III in Joinery or Carpentry (preferred)
Installation supervision or instruction experience (preferred)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
