Fence Installer / Shop Worker

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Fence Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and construction, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role involves installing various types of fences while ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Duties

Measure and layout fence lines according to project specifications.
Install various types of fencing materials, including wood, metal, and chain-link.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, assembling, and securing fence components.
Perform necessary repairs or adjustments on existing fences as required.
Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the installation process.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
Requirements

Proven experience in carpentry or related fields is preferred.
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy materials.
