The Opportunity


Maropost Australia is seeking a high impact and driven Demand Generation Manager with multi-channel expertise to join our growth journey! Reporting to the Global Director of Demand Generation, this role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a high-performing global marketing team and play a pivotal role in driving growth for the company.


The ideal candidate should possess a solid grasp of data-driven demand creation practices, nurture strategies, and effective conversion tactics to implement a robust and scalable demand program across Maropost’s key markets in Australia and New Zealand. Success in this role requires significant cross-functional collaboration with various teams and marketing roles to execute programs precisely and deliver predictable, measurable results.


What You’ll be Responsible for

Establishing a comprehensive cross-channel playbook for demand generation comprising social media, events, media advertising, CRM, and more. This playbook ensures alignment with regional goals and the company’s overall objectives.
Collaborating with cross-functional partners (Sales, Product Marketing, Partners) to ideate, launch and optimize buyer-specific programs spanning the entire marketing funnel and sales cycle, from top-of-funnel demand creation to pipeline closure.
Taking the lead on A/B testing strategy to optimize learnings for emails, landing pages, content and digital ads.
Working closely with the Marketing Ops team to set up campaigns, track and report campaign impact, and optimise lead hand-off processes and Sales follow-ups in collaboration with Sales leadership.
Collaborating with Sales Marketing leaders to ensure quality demand delivery is tied to Sales goals and making necessary adjustments as campaign execution unfolds.
Managing the coordination of field events, ensuring seamless execution and a positive attendee experience.
Monitoring external trends and recommending new strategies to boost efficiency and revenue.
What You’ll bring to Maropost

4+ years of proven success in demand generation, ideally within the B2B SaaS space
Experience in eCommerce or Retail Tech industry
A strong track record of executing integrated, multi-channel campaigns - from email and paid media to webinars, events, and beyond - to drive pipeline and meet revenue goals
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
A proactive, resourceful mindset - you understand the sales team's perspective and use data-driven insights to continuously refine demand strategies
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for building strong relationships across teams and with external partners
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and other growth and optimization tools
A creative, experimental spirit - you think big, iterate quickly, and are always looking for ways to innovate
Willingness to travel up to 20–30% annually to support partner and field events (varies by season) Read more
