A Day in The Life:

We’re seeking a highly creative and results-focused Ad Creative Ideation Specialist who can rapidly conceptualize, produce, and optimize engaging ads across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Google. This role is perfect if you're obsessed with creating ads that drive immediate results and thrive in fast-paced environments where speed, creativity, and performance matter most.

What you will do:

Ad Ideation Conceptualization: Quickly generate compelling ad ideas, hooks, and messaging angles aligned with our existing SOPs and marketing objectives.


Rapid Creative Execution: Produce high-quality ad creatives (graphics, videos, headlines, copy) ready for immediate launch on platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Google PMax.


Rapid Ad Set Up: Quickly set up the ads on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Display and Pmax.


A/B Testing Optimization: Continuously create variations of ads for rapid testing and performance improvement.
Performance Monitoring: Collaborate closely with the marketing manager to review ad performance data and proactively iterate creative strategies.
SOP Adherence Improvement: Follow existing SOPs for ad creation while proactively suggesting improvements based on results and creative insights.


We’d Love to Hear From You if You Have…


Proven Experience: At least 5 years of direct, measurable success creating high-performing ads (YouTube, FB/IG, Google, or related platforms).



Campaign launch: Proven track record of accurate campaign launch and ad set-up on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Google and related platforms.


Creative Portfolio: Demonstrated track record of compelling, high-quality ad creatives (short-form videos, engaging graphics, persuasive copy).

Speed and Productivity: Exceptional ability to rapidly create and iterate ad variations under tight deadlines (days, not weeks).

Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in essential tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, basic video editing tools).

Data-Driven Mindset: Comfortable reviewing performance data and quickly incorporating insights into improved creative strategies.

Adaptability Independence: Able to quickly learn, execute, and improve processes independently with minimal supervision. Read more
