We’re a growing post-frame construction company, based out of Calgary, building high-quality structures for residential, agricultural, and commercial clients. We take pride in craftsmanship, efficiency, and building a solid crew that works hard to build a great team culture.

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a reliable, experienced Carpenter Foreman to lead our field crew. You’ll manage job sites, ensure quality and safety standards are met, and help drive projects from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

Supervise and work alongside a team of carpenters on post-frame building projects.
Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
Coordinate daily work tasks and materials.
Maintain high standards for workmanship and safety.
Communicate progress and issues with management.
What We’re Looking For:

*Post-Frame experience not required*

* Training will be provided *

5+ years carpentry experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Ability to manage schedules and crews efficiently
Skilled with power tools and mobile equipment.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Valid driver’s license (Class 5 or equivalent)
Most importantly, a willingness to learn, be taught, and teach.
