At Elsner Technologies Pvt. Ltd., we are seeking a highly motivated Digital Outreach Specialist to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in extracting and managing leads, scheduling appointments with qualified prospects, and maintaining accurate records within our CRM system.
Key Responsibilities
• Email Outreach: Initiate and manage email communications with website owners to negotiate competitive prices for services/products.
• Negotiation: Utilize negotiation techniques to secure favorable terms and pricing in agreements.
• Database Management: Learn to maintain and update a database of website owners and negotiation outcomes using our CRM system.
• Excel Proficiency: Track, analyze, and report on outreach and negotiation activities using Microsoft Excel.
• Reporting: Assist in preparing regular reports on outreach success rates, pricing negotiations, and other key metrics.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the internal team to support outreach strategies and achieve targets.
• Follow-Up: Promptly follow up and maintain positive relationships with website owners to secure ongoing deals.
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's degree or relevant coursework in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Experience: No prior experience required; enthusiasm for learning and a strong interest in outreach and negotiation.
• Skills:
• Strong English writing skills with a keen eye for grammar and syntax.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a willingness to develop advanced skills.
