Service Delivery Representative

Based out of our client's corporate premises in central Auckland, we are seeking a Customer Service champion for our Casual Service Delivery role. This role is key to supporting the functions of our services across Front and Back of House, including mailroom and admin.

This is a casual flexible floating role that will assist as required across our client services spaces, with hours flexi between 06:30 am and 5:30 pm.

Some of the main duties will include:

Mail and courier processing and delivery
General administrative tasks such as scanning documents, etc.
Answering phone calls in a professional manner
Reception cover - meet and greet visitors when required
Setting meeting rooms
Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders
