We are looking for someone with extensive experience in top-tier international hotels who can bring exceptional culinary skills, creativity, and leadership to our elite kitchen.

Job Responsibilities:
• Craft and present exquisite dishes that meet the hotel’s high standards.
• Ensure kitchen operations run smoothly while maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food safety regulations.
• Lead and mentor kitchen staff to provide outstanding service and consistent quality.
• Collaborate with the executive chef to develop and innovate seasonal menus.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and supplies, managing costs effectively.

Location:

United Kingdom (Visa and relocation support will be offered to the right candidate)

Educational Requirements:
• Diploma in Culinary Arts

Experience Requirements:
• Minimum of 7 years in professional culinary positions.
• At least 5 years of experience in a prestigious 5-star international hotel.
• Preferred expertise in European, Asian, and international cuisines.

Additional Requirements:
• Strong IELTS score, fluent in English (both spoken and written).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills.
• Able to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to relocate to the UK and work according to UK hospitality standards.
