Fabulous Media Private Limited is looking for an enthusiastic BPO Telecaller to join our team. As a BPO Telecaller, you will be responsible for answering calls from our customers, responding to their inquiries, and addressing any issues they may have. We are looking for an individual who is friendly, patient, and professional on the phone. You will need to be highly organized in order to multitask and keep track of customer records.
Job Responsibilities:
• Greet customers warmly and provide customer service related to inquiries
• Maintain customer records, including call logs and contact information
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, or policies
• Resolve customer problems or complaints
• Follow up with customers to ensure that the problem has been addressed
• Utilize customer service skills such as active listening and problem solving
• Report customer complaints to the supervisor
Job Requirements:
• High school degree or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Goal-oriented and organized
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Ability to handle customer complaints in a professional manner
• Ability to handle customer inquiries in a polite and courteous manner
