3PL Warehouse Relationship Manager

Position Objective: The role focuses on maintaining communication, performance metrics, and overall relationship with the third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse provider, ensuring accurate delivery to our customers on time.
Duties and Responsibilities
People
Build relationships with all 3PL Warehouse teams and work collaboratively to drive performance.
Support & drive customer centric culture to ensure that 3rd Party providers adopt & share our passion for
putting patients first & delivering accurately on time and in full. Contribute to the feedback process for team member development as appropriate
Deliver high levels of pro-active collaboration with internal & external stakeholders to ensure customer needs are anticipated and delivered on
Operations
Ensure warehouse & transportation are aligned with commercial objectives and customer needs.
Monitor activity vs monthly invoicing to ensure correctness.
Support & promote safety across all warehouse transportation providers & environments.
Develop strong relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor & support the day-to-day running of the defined Vantive warehouses.
Support standardization of processes and procedures to achieve best practice in partnership with all
Commercial Leads & across Planning & Fulfilment Fulfillment
Liaise with 3PL providers around required inventory management or maintenance tasks.
Monitor and report KPI results as necessary - e.g. DIFOT, customer complaints. to measure performance vs expectations.
Optimize our network, routes and processes by working collaboratively with other functions such as planning & Transport.
Maintain the highest standards of compliance to safety, quality & environmental management.
Support & drive continuous improvement across our operations.
Maintain agility to respond to special requirements to support the needs of the business.
EHS & GMP Responsibilities (Individual Contributor)
Pro-actively contribute to zero harm workplace for all employees
Comply with legal and corporate EHS requirements, safe work practices and EHS policies and procedures
at all times
Report all hazards, near misses and incidents as soon as practicable and participate in identifying actions
to prevent harm from occurring to our people and/or our environment
Employees at every level are responsible for quality (GMP) and regulatory performance in the department
to ensure quality program is met
Ensure compliance with government regulations, legal documents and safety and ethical standards,
obtaining legal compliance training.
EHS Responsibilities (People Leader)
Drive culture of zero harm workplace for all employees
Ensure compliance with legal and corporate EHS requirements, safe work practices and EHS policies and
procedures at all times
Ensure all hazards, near misses and incidents are reported and investigated to identify root cause and
ensure actions implemented to prevent harm from occurring to our people and/or our environment
Ensure all employees trained to perform their roles safely and any regulatory-based training is completed
as required
Qualifications
Tertiary qualification with specialisation in logistics or supply chain management preferred
Experience · Knowledge of EHS legislation and operating procedures · Experience with transport management systems · Experience managing operations or in a continuous improvement warehouse or transport role · Successful track record working alongside other teams and developing optimization projects · Experience of working with 3PL/4PL provider · Experience of conducting MBR/QBR sessions · Close working relationships with Commercial teams. · Continuous Improvement activities · Working with KPI’s, data & reporting
